Grey Squirrel

Grey squirrels are not native to the UK. They come originally from North America. This rodent species was brought over by estate owners as they found the animals being cute (not knowing that they would have an impact on the native red squirrel).
This little one was asking to have his/her photo taken. Not really, it is all about observing the animals from a distance and anticipate photo opportunities plus being ready to take the image if and when a squirrel stands up on two legs.
