Our next photography experiences will be the Big Cat Photography workshop at Colchester Zoo on 15 June 2018 and
the Big and Small Wild Cat photo day at the Cat Survival Trust on 14 July 2018.

Only 1 space is still available on the BCP workshop in June but plenty of spaces are still available for the photo day in July.

Bradgate Park

Red Deer crossing the River Lin at Bradgate Park

Bradgate Park is a deer and country park in Leicestershire. The deer park was established around 800 years ago and is home to some of Britain's finest red and fallow deer herds. Besides the deer Bradgate Park offers great landscape photography opportunities and the varied landscape in turn provides a great habitat for many other wildlife including a wide variety of water fowl on the River Lin.

At this great venue we are offering our Deer Rut Photography workshop in October and also the Basic Nature Photography courses on a one-to-one basis (or for small groups of friends, family members or of any other association).

Deer Rut Photography
The Deer Rut Photography workshop is a full-day workshop, where participants will have the chance to photograph mainly red and fallow deer. In order to capture the deer at its most active time, the workshops will start early in the morning (at 6:30am).

Our professional wildlife photographer will be on hand throughout the day to help participants with setting up their cameras and to provide one-to-one advice on any photographic aspects as well as on how to approach wildlife photography.

We are aware that providing the Deer Rut Photography workshops at Bradgate Park from dawn until dusk means it is a very long day and hence we offer the options to attend the entire day or just half of it
(mornings or afternoons). We will advise photography workshop participants about the meeting place and time when they book. However as a general guidance we will be meeting participants, who join us for the afternoon photography workshop at 1:30pm.

For the Deer Rut Photography workshop we have scheduled the following dates at Bradgate Park in 2018:

11 October 2018 (Thursday) - availability > 3 spaces
12 October 2018 (Friday) - availability > 3 spaces
18 October 2018 (Thursday) - availability > 3 spaces
19 October 2018 (Friday) - availability > 3 spaces

The price for the full-day Deer Rut Photography workshops at Bradgate Park is £109 per participant or £69 per person when booking only the morning or afternoon part of the photography workshop. The prices include lunch plus drinks in the morning and in the afternoon on the full-day Deer Rut Photography workshops or respectively one drink during a half-day photography workshop.

In order to make the Deer Rut Photography workshops most beneficial to all participants, we apply a maximum number of 6 participants per event (minimum number of 3 participants).
