Young Grey Seal

Grey Seals are one out of two seal subspecies, which are native to the UK. Norfolk has the largest breeding colonies of grey seals outside Scotland (85% of grey seals live up there).
After the pupping season (when the grey seal pups are born), seals will stay mainly on land while they are moulting into a new fur coat (they do this oncee a year).
