Terms and Conditions - Membership
Anyone with an interest to learn about photography or to enhance their existing photography skills can apply to become a member of Big Cat & Nature Photography via our web page. By submitting a Membership application, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and conditions.

Application Process
The application process is launched through the completion of the form at the end of the Membership page.
Big Cat & Nature Photography will process a Membership application or alternatively respond to queries, raised in the application form within 24-hours. You will receive at least a brief message, if this is not possible, e.g. due to being out in the field (without any mobile reception).
The membership fee is due in full at the beginning of a membership year. Once the membership fee has been received we will send out the Membership Welcome E-mail, including information on how to gain access to the benefits and your first Membership Newsletter. The membership will start on the day, we have dispatched the above-mentioned e-mail to you.
Cancellation
As the majority of benefits are easily accessible online, cancelling the membership will generally only be possible at the end of a membership year. Membership fees are used to pay for online services provided as benefits to members plus for work done solely for members, and hence the fee cannot be refunded. A refund would only be possible if a member will become unable to access any of the online services for members for a prolonged time (temporary IT unavailability is not a qualifying condition for this). Refunds would be made proportionally from the time when the member has not been able to access the services.
If Big Cat & Nature Photography fails for whatever reason on their part to provide the benefits, we will of course refund the membership fee proportionally or in full (depending to what extent and for how long services were not available).
Copyright and Content Protection
Through the membership you will have exclusive access to articles and material from the Member's Zone. As these could be found via search engines, the articles are password protected (keeping them exclusive for our members). You will receive the passwords as part of the Welcome E-mail. These passwords are for your personal use only, and are not allowed to be shared with anyone else.
All articles, photos and films on this web page are copyright protected (meaning not allowed to be reproduced in any form without written permission from us). The content in our Member's Zone is produced exclusively for the benefit of participants on our photography experiences and people, who have subscribed to the Big Cat & Nature Photography membership scheme (paid for access to the information).
Sharing passwords or content from the Member's Zone with people, who are not members of Big Cat & Nature Photography or using it for other than personal use, may lead to the termination of your membership and potentially also to legal actions if a financial benefit is gained through the use of Big Cat & Nature Photography documentation or film productions.
