Our next photography experiences will be the Big Cat Photography workshop at Colchester Zoo on 15 June 2018 and
the Big and Small Wild Cat photo day at the Cat Survival Trust on 14 July 2018.

Only 1 space is still available on the BCP workshop in June but plenty of spaces are still available for the photo day in July.

Terms & Conditions for Talks

All talks booked through Big Cat & Nature Photography are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By booking any of Barbara's talks, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.

Please contact us via info@bigcatphotography.co.uk if you have any questions or contact us on 07912-161 969.

Booking Process
All of our talks can be booked via our web page (www.bigcatphotography.co.uk). The booking process is launched through the completion of the enquiry form.

Dates, talk topic and venue can be then discussed further either over the phone or via e-mail.

Big Cat & Nature Photography accepts the common practice of payments being made on the day of the talk.

Your booking will be confirmed in writing, generally via e-mail, once we have agreed the venue and date. Our speaker, Barbara Meyer will generally bring her own laptop and an LCD projector. Please let us know if you won't have a table for her equipment or screen available at your venue.

If the talk will be for a large group, in a larger room or for people with hearing difficulties, a microphone system would be helpful. Please let us know whether this would be needed from your perspective and whether this would be available at the venue.

The arrangements about the equipment requirements and regarding the set-up before the talk can be confirmed via e-mail or phone two weeks before the talk.

Cancellation
If either party needs to cancel the talk, this should be done no later than 4 weeks before the talk, unless unforeseeable circumstances are the cause, e.g. severe weather conditions. In this case, the groups' co-ordinator and we will monitor the situation and decide the best approach together.

Any cancellation or postponing of the talk needs to be done or confirmed in writing (e-mail is sufficient).
