New - Online Photography Tuition and Support

10th January 2021
It has now been almost a year since a little virus came to our country and changed our lives drastically. Since then, we all have had to adapt to keep ourselves and others save; avoiding the spread of COVID-19. The lockdown, which is currently in force again, means that our freedom to see family and friends or to travel to other countries or even just further afield in England, have been curbed to a level never seen before.

However, there are also opportunities to do things, which you may have wanted to do for some time but have always put off. For example, many people have owned good digital SLR cameras for years but have used these only when going on holidays or to photograph family and friends at special events.

Why not get your camera out on your daily walks in the neighbourhood. The natural environment has always something worth to try your photography skills on. And if you would like to learn how to use your camera more effectively or you would like to improve your skills, you can do this as well.

Big Cat & Nature Photography has just launched Online Photography Tuition and Support Sessions via Zoom. The owner is a wildlife photographer, who utilises photography to raise awareness for endangered big cat species and also for the situation of British wildlife. As part of her business, she has provided photography tuition at zoos and wildlife parks, at private big cat collections as well as in natural habitat areas across East England and the East Midlands for over 10 years.

The online photography tuition and support sessions are a new extension to Big Cat & Nature Photography's existing photography workshop programme. These new sessions are based on the owner's knowledge on wildlife photography and will benefit customer at any experience levels. Whether you would like to get off automatic settings or would like to learn how to approach wildlife photography
(or anything in-between), the online photography tuition sessions by Big Cat & Nature Photography will offer help to get started and/or to progress.

There are three 1-hour tuition session types, which are aimed at different experience levels:
  • Introduction to Photography,
  • Refreshing and/or Improving Photography Skills
  • How to approach Wildlife Photography
Furthermore, there is a 30-minutes Online Photography Support Session. This session is more informal and intended to go over specific questions or discussing photos, taken by customers to explore what worked or what could be done differently.

COVID-19 has brought many restrictions and changes to our lives. However, online training is now available for almost anything, including to enjoy a hobby like photography. Why not take your camera out and learn about photography or enhance your existing skills?
